Please consider attending Simcoe Hall Settlement House’s 1st Annual Corn Roast on September 20th, 2017

It will be focused on families spending time together with lots of activities to participate in. Some of these activities will be hay rides, seeing the animals, live entertainment, silent auction/raffle and roasting marshmallows.

All proceeds from the event will go towards Simcoe Hall Settlement House and our many programs.

-Please try and arrive between 3pm and 4pm.
-Food will be served between 4pm and 6pm
-Southbound (who performed at Boots & Hearts) will perform between 7pm-8pm
-Face painting, games, Animals and Hayrides will end between 6pm & 7pm
-Silent Auction/Raffle will end at 7pm

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
-Please specifty how many (rougly)will be in your car (max. 8)
-No buses or RV’s
-NO ALCOHOL
-NO TICKET RETURNS
-NO PETS
-If you give your ticket to someone else, please call us and let us know
-Please bring ID as a list will be checked
-Cash only at the event as we do not have debit machines
-If auction item exceeds cash you have on hand, item will be held for 10 days until payment is received. If not received it will go to the next highest bidder
